altToday’s highly mobile society makes it difficult to have the support of the extended family of the past. When we have a question about raising children, caring for aging parents, sick family members, spiritual matters, or other life concerns, where can we turn? Who will comfort and counsel us?

We know God has promised to never leave us nor forsake us. He is our ultimate Healer and Comforter.

One way He fulfills this promise is by bringing people into our lives who will minister to us through love, friendship and Bible studies. This is the primary goal of MidCities Bible Church’s Women’s Ministry.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

Hebrews 10:24-25 NIV

About Men's Ministry

E-mail Print PDF

DISCIPLESHIP AND FELLOWSHIP -- that is what the Men's Ministry is all about at MCBC.

We strive to "sharpen" men by encouraging them to GROW in their Christian walk and challenging them to be obedient to God's Word.   Part of the "sharpening" just mentioned in a Christian man's life is accountability and council with other Christian men.  We have several groups meeting at various times and MCBC Men's Ministry would like for you to join a group.  You will never know what you are missing until you try.

Another part of the "sharpening" is having a strategy to GROW.   Because God made all of us unique we all learn and are affected in different ways.  Because of this fact MCBC Men's Ministry has committed itself to provide RESOURCES to the men of the church from various trusted sources.

As we endeavor to strengthen the body of our church and community, we
believe with everyones participation our MCBC Men’s Ministry we will flourish with many new and exciting opportunities to serve Him.

The Bible tells us to encourage one another. The MCBC Men’s Ministry will be there to encourage the men of our church and community. That will allow us to fellowship and develop meaningful relationships with one another as brothers in Christ.
